DISCONNECTS:
Effective until further notice, the City of Statesville will not disconnect a residential customer’s service for non-payment. With schools out and health officials asking everyone to stay home and minimize contact, it's more important than ever that everyone continue to be able to wash and heat their homes.

LATE FEES: Late fees and interest for nonpayments are being waived for residential customers.

ASSISTANCE WITH BILLS: Customers are responsible for paying their utility bills.  If you can NOT pay your bills, PLEASE call or email us so we can work out a payment arrangement: 704-878-3564 or customerservice@statesvillenc.net. Your bill/debt won't be forgiven or erased, but we'll work with you to make payments to the best of your ability.

OFFICE CLOSED TO PUBLIC:  In an effort to do our part to prevent the spread of COVID-19, the City Office Building at 301 S. Center St. is closed to the public, which includes our Customer Services Office.
