Communications & Records Division

This division encompasses:

• Telecommunications (Dispatch) - (2) Telecommunication Supervisors, (8) Telecommunicators
• Records - (1) Supervisor, (2) Records Clerks
• Lobby Officer
• Police Technology Specialist
• Crime Analyst
• Downtown Parking Control

The division consists of around 16 civilian positions and 2 sworn positions.  This division is under the direction of the Assistant Chief over Administration.

 

How to Obtain Police Reports and Accident Reports

Police reports can be obtained from our Records Division at the Statesville Police Department Monday through Friday, from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm. There is no fee for the report.
