As part of the state’s efforts to ease the financial impact that COVID-19 has had on many residents, an executive order was issued prohibiting disconnects and fees for non-payment. That order has expired and the balance is now due.

But we can help you with a repayment plan. Customer Services is helping customers set up a plan to pay back utility charges accrued between March 31 and July 29, 2020.   These charges are now due.  They will not be forgiven.

Utility charges due before March 31 are not eligible for the repayment plan. To avoid being disconnected, contact Customer Services immediately for assistance.

Utility charges occurring after July 29 are not eligible for the repayment plan. It is important that you keep up-to-date with you current bills. If you have questions, contact Customer Services immediately.

The Customer Services Office is currently closed to the public. However, they can be reached by phone and email, M-F, 8 a.m. until 5 p.m.
