Public Notice: Public Hearing Notice: City of Statesville Economic Development Incentives February 3, 2025

Pursuant to the provisions of N.C.G.S. 158-7.1, notice is hereby given that at the regularly scheduled meeting of the Statesville City Council on February 3, 2025 at 6:00 p.m. in the City Hall Council Chambers located at 227 S. Center Street, the City Council shall conduct a public hearing and shall consider making an economic incentive to an existing company known as “Project Nano”. The public is encouraged to comment during that time. The economic incentive shall be in the amount of up to $222,560 and is based upon an investment by the company of up to $21,000,000. 

Pursuant to the provisions of N.C.G.S. 158-7.1, notice is hereby given that at the regularly scheduled meeting of the Statesville City Council on February 3, 2025 at 6:00 p.m. in the City Hall Council Chambers located at 227 S. Center Street, the City Council shall conduct a public hearing for an economic incentive for speculative industrial development known as “Project Crossroads”. The public is encouraged to comment during that time. The economic incentive shall be in the amount of up to $348,758 for public infrastructure improvements and the development of speculative development industrial product and will be paid out over 3 years based upon an investment by the company of up to $16,000,000.
