The Statesville Board of Adjustment’s regularly scheduled meeting for August 6, 2024, is cancelled, there being no items for consideration.

The Statesville Board of Adjustment is a quasi-judicial board appointed by the Statesville City Council. The Board's responsibilities include granting variances and hearing appeals from decisions or interpretations made by zoning administrators.
