Statesville Fire Department Administration:

May 30, 2024 – The Statesville Fire Department is pleased to announce the relocation of the Statesville Fire Administration Office and Fire Marshal’s Office to our new Fire Administration Building at 822 Fifth Street. The new facility is located directly downstairs from the newly constructed Fire Station 1 and can only be accessed from the downstairs entrance.

Previously, these departments were housed at Statesville City Hall, located at 227 S. Center Street, and the old Fire Station 1 at 316 S. Meeting Street.

The following Fire Administration Officials can now be found at the new Fire Administration Building:

Fire Chief Glenn Kurfees, Deputy Fire Chief Kyle Bell, Assistant Fire Chief Danny Nicholson, Office Manager Vickie Pressley

Fire Marshal’s Office personnel now located at this new facility include:

Fire Marshal Pete Morrison, Deputy Fire Marshal Maury Jenkins, Assistant Fire Marshal Taylor Menster

We emphasize that the new Fire Administrative Building is located downstairs from the new Fire Station 1 and can only be accessed through the downstairs entrance. We look forward to continuing our commitment to the safety and well-being of the Statesville community from our new location.
