C. Receive and concur with the Fiscal Year 2024-25 board adopted Budget for the Statesville Convention and Visitors Bureau. (Carr)

D. Consider approving the second reading of an ordinance establishing a four-way stop at the intersection of Valley Street and Forest Park Drive. (Onley)

Consider accepting $109,711.00 in grant funding from the North Carolina Environmental Quality 2023 Diesel Emission Reduction Act Grant and approving Budget Amendment #2024-33. (Taylor) p. 45 G. H. Consider passing second reading of AX24-06 River Hill PUD, an ordinance to annex the properties located on U.S. Highway 64 between East Broad Street and River Hill Road, PIN #’s 4765-35-4650, 4765-25-4828, 4765-36-6083, 4765-36-6114 and 4765-36-9412. (Hooper) 

I. Consider accepting Surface Transportation Block Grant Direct Attributable (STBG-DA) Shortfall funds for the greenway connector under US 21 (Project #EB-5818) and approving Budget Amendment #2024-34. (Ashley)

J. Consider approving a resolution to accept the winning bid from BVJ Properties, LLC for City-owned Property at PIN 4744-30-5007.000 on Lerain Court in the amount of $26,300 and authorize the Mayor and City Clerk to execute a Warranty Deed and Purchase Contract for the same purchaser. (Pierce)

Consider passing second reading of Rezoning Request ZC24-04 Briarwood (formerly Stamey Ridge); for properties located along Interstate 40, between Gilbert Road and Westminster Drive, Statesville, NC; Tax ID #’s 4724-37-3635, 4724-37-4391, 4724-17-7325, 4714-96-8747, 4724-04-0148, 4714-94-9622, 4714-94-8823, and 4714-95-0637; from Iredell County R-20 (Single-Family Residential) and City of Statesville R-20 (Single-Family Residential) District, to City of Statesville R-8 CZ (High Density Single–Family Residential Conditional Zoning) District. XI. Consider accepting the lowest responsive bidder (Country Boy Landscaping, Inc.) in the amount of $658,949.20 to install medians and pavement markers along sections of Race Street and East End Avenue. (Taylor)

XII. Consider providing the City of Statesville Electric Department guidance on how to proceed with the proposed Line Extension Policy. (Leis)

XIII. Consider appointing one regular member to the Design Review Committee. (Sigmon)
